JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- Metro Jacksonville and most surrounding areas will get a break from the heavy rain overnight.  Scattered showers will occur with an isolated thunderstorm possible but widespread heavy rain is not likely.  Due to more than 10" of rain in some areas Thursday, localized flooding and ponding of water will continue into at least early Friday.  Black Creek in Clay County is forecast to crest at 13.3 feet near 2am Friday morning then slowly drop as long as additional heavy rain does not occur in Southwest Duval or Clay County.  The highest risk for additional heavy rain Friday will be from Lake City to Raiford, Lake Butler, Starke, Interlachen, Palatka to Palm Coast and Flagler Beach.  For metro Jacksonville, extreme Northeast Florida and much of Southeast Georgia, showers and any thunderstorms will be widely scattered.  Otherwise....expect partly cloudy skies with highs in the 80s.  Scattered showers and storms will occur Saturday but with some sun, too before storms start to increase again Sunday.
