Florida should stick with its original decision to opt out. We were told that this "mandate" would help the poor for "free" health care and no one with pre-exsisting conditions would be turned away. Now we learn its a tax and you will be fined for not complying. So the poor will get fined, "taxed" for not doing what the government decide is best for you. Not that it is right for you. No, I agree no one will be turned away, but they didn't say that you will get the treatment you need. Just the one now that the government thinks you need. There is nothing Free in life. What are we now giving up so that the government can controls your health, not you. If you don't agree with there diagnosis and want a second opinion will you be fined for not following what they think is best for you? Ops, you can't, you now don't have a choice.
