I intend to sue for the violation of my "right" to that winning ticket but am willing to settle out of court for free.

I always thought these lottery drawings were rigged. It sounds funny but would be SO EASY to do. Its ALL computerized and the makes sense the lottery commission wants to keep the money from being won EVERY TIME. Here's how I think it's done. The computers compute and tally EVERY number played up until the time of the drawing. It then takes the 6 numbers that HAVE NOT been picked the most by us dummmy's and take the 'air' or 'weight' out of those 6 to insure THOSE are the ones that float and are drawn. Yea I have a cynical and skeptical mind but I also believe lottery money proceeds is used on the Schools and education too. NOT. If it is, WHY are teachers footing the bill for their classes supplies every year?
