Oh sorry...sad he can't control his anger...its can get costly after a while and such a waste of time. If he shows that kind of anger towards your mother, she or SOMEONE needs to knock the snot out him fast...Most 'bullies' quit when they get a dose of their own medicine. I was saying dude to my step brother , and if I needed something said to you I would of called you by your user name. I do not associate with him because of the way he has been towards my mother. We are ONLY related by marriage.

Everyone gets upset behind the wheel some time or another, but it STUPID to get out and SHOW THAT ANGER TO OTHER DRIVERS. When my brothers showed their anger towards each other my Dad would knock the snot out of them...learn them how to 'act' real fast. As a woman, I found anger is a wasted useless emotion that causes more harm than good, unless taken out kick boxing, shooting range or on something positive. Took me 38 years to 'learn' that to one of my sons..but by golly he finally got it with Gods help, now he deals with his own son's anger..such is life.
