JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Things are starting to clear up in downtown Jacksonville. Fog was extremely dense earlier Monday morning, but around 7 a.m. the fog started to clear.

Many people jog around the North and Southbank.

Jogger Robert Simmons says when there is dense fog, he has to be more careful of where he jogs but it doesn't stop him.

Action News watched from the Northbank when, just after 4:30 a.m., fog in the downtown area became more dense.

The Main Street Bridge almost seemed to disappear into the fog along with many buildings, restaurants and condos.
