JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - What a difference a few hours will make on this Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. We'll go from cold and foggy to mild and sunny.
A dense fog advisory was issued early, but the fog lifted prior to the expiration time of 9 AM.
Tuesday will bring more mild air, but a strong cold front is on the way for Tuesday night. We are forecasting freezing temperatures by Wednesday morning.
As the front comes through Tuesday evening, a few wind-swept showers will fall. Rain totals won't exceed a quarter of an inch. Winds will blow between 15-20 mph on Tuesday.
Wednesday will be wintry with temps below freezing and wind chills in the 20s to start the day. High temperatures will only top out in the 40s despite sunshine!Download the new First Alert iPad app
