well ms. hill,, the prisons are full of innocent people like your brother !!! and i helped put them there !!! it is only natural for you to delude yourself into thinking your brother is innocent !!! yet apparently,, he pled GUILTY TO THE CHARGES !!! so that speaks volumes !!! he obviously placed himself in a compromising position with the 2 witnesses,,, and saw a plea as a way of avoiding 30 years in prison !!! how about a little wager between me and you ??? i bet your brother is back in court inside of 30 days,, facing new charges,,, 6 months at the outside !!!

We wonder why the recidivism rate is so high amongst sex offenders and others. Maybe it is because the punishment is not harsh enough to influence their decision not to commit another crime. All punishment should be swift and harsh. This applies to all criminal types. Most of the criminals out there have it better in jail than they do on the streets. In today's society you can get a stiffer sentence for kicking a dog than you can for raping a woman. It is sickening.
