GREEN COVE SPRINGS, Fla. -- A former Florida Times-Union employee pleaded not guilty to charges of video voyeurism in a Clay County court Wednesday.

Melvin Holmes was arrested on October 17 and was charged with video voyeurism for allegedly installing an imaging device to "secretly view" a child under the age of 16, according to Clay County detectives.

Holmes' wife found the images on his work computer and alerted law enforcement.

Holmes will be in court on December 17 for a pretrial hearing.
