Free attractions for furloughed employees

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Some area attractions are free to furloughed employees during the government shutdown.

The Jacksonville Zoo & Gardens is offering free general admission to those employees and their families today.

Each employee can get up to two adult and two child tickets with the presentation of a federal employee ID.

The Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens is also free to furloughed federal employees and their families through Sunday. Guests must also show a federal ID.

MOCA, MOSH and WJCT are also offering free admission today.
