Free tickets for First Lady's Jacksonville visit

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Free tickets are being handed out for First Lady Michelle Obama's Jacksonville visit. Tickets are available until 9 p.m. Tuesday night at five President Obama campaign offices around North Florida. If any tickets are left, they will be handed out again on Wednesday from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. at the same locations. The First Lady will be speaking at the Prime F. Osborn III Convention Center Thursday, November 1, at 1 p.m.

The First Lady’s event is free and open to the public. Tickets are required due to limited space, and will be available to the public starting on a first-come, first-served basis at the pick-up locations below:

I was surprised to find out that u HAVE TO volunteer with President Obama's campaign just to get a ticket. In the article/broadcast it says NOTHING about prerequisites to see her speak.
