Partly sunny skies and a fairly pleasant day on tap for much of Friday, but another area of low pressure will arrive late Friday night through Saturday morning. Rain will fall until mid-afternoon on Saturday, then clear out with another cool down on Sunday. As of right now, New Year's Eve looks quiet with mainly clear skies and temperatures in the 50s for much of the night.
