It would be good to see this man and hear what he has to say. Actually, he will be saying what his handlers tell him to say. What they see as to what they think are the right things to say. Their "job" is to get him reelected. This is job security for them. Also he is the president, so that in in itself is a privilege. Leroyjones:How sad it is to be like you. I will not engage with you as you do not want to hear anything I have to say. I have experiences with others of your mindset. You tend to not seek information outside the circle that is your comfort zone. All candidates lie, sugar coat issues, bash the other side, so on, so none of them are innocent of this. It is up to the voter to sift through it and become well informed to make the choice for the next leader for this great nation!

We must learn and accept that we will have many disagreements but a middle ground can be met, we must also actually try and understand why each of us stick with certain ideologies, why we identify more with one way than another, try and see things from a different perspective and open our minds to the possibility of different thinking. It can be done I believe, incredibly difficult, but it can be done. I personally am very sick and tired of all the hatred from both sides. It's exhausting and it doesn't get anyone anywhere. We are all Americans who love this country. If we want this country to succeed, we HAVE to find common ground. There'd be less arguing among ourselves if we concentrated on issues we do agree on such as the USA Patriot Act, Homeland Security, Monsanto, the Fed, marriage equality, legalizing hemp, and getting cronyism and corruption out of our government. The Machine smiles when we inveigh against one another. I got no problem with uniting with people from all sides on key issues like these. Whether we work together is totally up to us. If people would actually take the time to get to know each other, have a civil debate about issues, find issues they agree upon (like we have) and build on that instead of all the bickering, name-calling, generalizing and judging, we'd be showing the politicians and Main Stream Media the middle finger and prove to them and ourselves that the division tactics don't work with the American people. Divided we fail, united we succeed. Fellow Americans - Please wake up !! We are Americans first !! We believe in the Constitution. It's not about Republican, Democrat, Libertarian, Tea Party, OWS or any party. It is about us, WE THE PEOPLE. The politicians, hate radio and the 24/7 news cycle have driven a wedge between us. Let us all work together to remove this wedge and be united and restore the confidence in our country. NOT ALL DEMOCRATS ARE WELFARE RECIPIENTS. It's time to end the degrading generalizations.
