I thought the stadium belonged to the tax payers in Duval County.. I guess I was given the wrong information. It seems like the Jags own it. If we own it the company that can give us the most money, should get the contract. Duval needs to do like Miami did with Joe Robby and the dolphins. IF YOU DO NOT LIKE IT MOVE. He did.
