Fun. cancels performance in "Gentlemen of the Road" Tour
ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. -- Action News has learned the band Fun. will not be performing in the "Gentlemen of the Road" Tour in St. Augustine.
The band was scheduled to headline with Mumford & Sons Saturday at Francis Field. Action News has confirmed the band has pulled out due to a medical problem with the lead singer's voice.
AC Entertainment has released the following statement:
"Due to doctors advice fun. unfortunately regrets to announce they will no longer be appearing at the Gentlemen of the Road festival this Saturday with Mumford and Sons. The band is very disappointed as they have been looking forward to this festival all summer. It is the bands hope Nate's voice will get the proper rest it needs in order to avoid any further cancellations."
The "Gentlemen of the Road" tour will continue Friday and Saturday, with 25,000 fans are expected to attend.
