JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Another year, another great game at EverBank Field. But this year, it was the Georgia Bulldogs who left happy.
A Jacksonville tradition for nearly a century, the Georgia-Florida game never disappoints when comes to having a good time.
Gators fan Melissa Robinson said, "It's just an awesome experience."
Thousands of fans from far and wide set up camp outside EverBank Field, watching every play from the comfort of the parking lot.
Dawgs fan Joseph Ashcaouti said, "Just the vibe. Being out here with all the fans. Feeling the energy that everybody is giving off is incredible."
The rivalry is strong. But when it's all said and done, fans say it's that rivalry that keeps them coming back year after year.
"I would definitely say its a tradition," said Dawgs fan Arthur Myrthio. "Being in Jacksonville, it's great fun. Great atmosphere. Great people."
Here's a little trivia for you. The Georgia-Florida Game has been played in Jacksonville every year since 1933.
