JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Gov. Rick Scott was back in Jacksonville today at the same manufacturing plant he visited months ago to announce a mission accomplished.

When he visited Johnson & Johnson Vision Care on the Southside back in January, he promised to pass a bill eliminating sales tax on manufacturing equipment. Today he's letting the company know they made it happen. Scott has not signed the legislation yet, but his office tells Action News that he will soon.

The governor says this means big things for Florida in terms of job growth. Workers at Johnson & Johnson agree this will help open the door for more growth.
