RAIFORD, Fla -- The murder of two women and the attempted murder of another during the early months of 1988 brings a death warrant for the convicted killer.

Marshall Lee Gore faces the death penalty for the crimes he committed more than 20 years ago.

Gore murdered Susan Roark and Robyn Novick and attempted to kill Tina Coralis. Gore murdered Roark and dumped her body in Columbia County. Novick was murdered and dumped two days later in Dade County, where the body was discovered in a rural area.

Two days after killing Novick, Gore attacked Coralis, beating, raping and stabbing her. He left her for dead on the side of the road near the scene where Novick's body was found.

However, the death sentence refers only to the death sentence connected with the murder of Robyn Novick.

The execution date has been set for Monday, June 24 at 6 p.m. at the Florida State Prison.
