H&M, Nordstrom pave the way for Jax retail boom

JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- Two top retailers are setting up shop in the River City. Folks at the Jax Chamber say this proves the city is entering the other side of an economic downturn.

Yea tlynn, the unemployment rate is only at over 8% on paper wich is BS... it's more like 15-20%.... I don't see why they are coming here! No one has any money anymore!!! I'll bet ANYBODY right now, they won't be open 2 years if Obama is re-elected!! ANY TAKERS????
