I help my family, my community and am a productive citizen as well. The goverment shouldn't take your right to choose to help away. Or lie to us and say it a "mandate" when its a tax. I can barely afford health insurance but I do. People get hurt and can't work, I understand it happens to everyone, sometime in their life. Fix the problem not force the poor and make the middleclass pay. Id rather pay for road contruction Any day because if makes jobs for people so they can pay their taxes and not need the goverment to tell them they don't have a choice at what type of care they are going to get or need. That they have the choice. Not forced or punished because they are poor. Fix Cobra, disability and help for the poor. Don't lie to me and tax me and don't force and punish for a choice. Which is our constitional right is our right to CHOOSE. Not have the government control over what is good for me but my right to choose what is good for me. What is done not democracy or freedome. Forcing tax on you, forcing healthcare on you. What happens when you are on Obamacare. Do all of a sudden you have the right to choose your care? or Does the goverment now have the right to tell you what they are going to do and how they are going to do it or if they are going to do it at all? No. They are going to do what they just did and have done when on goverment help. They are going to tell what you need. And if you finally get off Obamacare you are going to pay. So your stuggles are not over, you are going to pay for it whether you want to or not.

I was unemployed for two years without health insurance. My former Employer offered COBRA; however, if you have ever been unemployed, you know COBRA is extremely expenssive. I was hurt in a bicycle accident that caused severe head trauma. Because I had no insurance, I'm still paying the bills. Many people have insurance because of their Employers; NOT because they elected to get it on their own. I had exhausted all of my savings from being unemployed but like so many unemployed Americans, we should be able to have insurance. I worked for greater than 25 years before I lost my job. I'm a productive citizen; I volunteer in my community. I have since found employment; however, I still think about the millions of Americans who have not been able to obtain employment. They still must face the fact that they can't get sick and I'm sure they can't afford healthcare. I don't care if I spend a few extra dollars helping my neighbor or another unemployed citizen. We are all humans and we all should be entitled to healthcare. Tax or no tax...I'll rather pay taxes for healthcare than for road construction ANY day!

Not many people are happy with the Supreme Courts ruling. We were lied to by the President and the media that helped push the "mandate". Its a tax. You will get penalized and fined for not getting on "Obamacare Healthplan" We've been told that, "No one will be turned away because of previous health issues". It did not say that it would treat the health issue or that you would get the best help. Just that you wouldn't be turned away. The government is not going to pay for Obamacare I will, U will. The struggling middle class person who can barely afford there "company insurance" for their family is now going to pay for other people on Obamacare as well? The middle class is already paying high healthcare insurance. Most struggle to pay the premium and the out of pocket expense, but we do it. The Government is not paying for Obamacare, look at the State of California going into bankrupcy. Obamacare is not free. I thought in America was our right to choose. Not get told by the goverment that you don't have a choice. The goverment is saying, You fail. We are going to make you. It needs to be reformed. I don't like being lied to. A TAX.
