WASHINGTON (AP) - After three years, dozens of GOP challenges and Supreme Court validation, Tuesday is a milestone for the Affordable Care Act.

Americans will be able to sign up for coverage.

People who don't have access to job-based health insurance can start shopping right away for subsidized private policies, or they can wait to sign up as late as Dec. 15 and still get coverage by Jan. 1.

It is not like promised. Not as advertised and not what people thought it would be. Just another way for government to tax people is all.
