Hart Expressway and University - off ramp
Traffic trouble reported at:
Powers Ave at University Blvd -
University at St. Augustine
6600 Arlington Expressway - both directions - flooding
Phelps and Market
107th at Catoma
6400 Block of Beach Blvd (at Ryar) - west and eastbound lanes flooding
San Jose Blvd at Univ. Blvd flooding
Blanding and 295 - N/S on and off ramps flooded
Collins Rd and Blanding - intersection flooding (Collins west of Blanding, as well)
