JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- A humid atmosphere will remain in place across the area through Thursday leading to showers and isolated thunderstorms through Thursday that will be most numerous from midday into the evening. There will be heavy rain at times and total rainfall through Thursday could be 1-2" in some spots. Temperatures will only drop into the upper 60s to mid 70s at night with highs in the 80s.
