The very first paragraph in this story is inaccurate. The author wrote."The city of Jacksonville is paying thousands in utility costs for vacant buildings. " The correct statement is that the taxpayers in Jacksonville are paying these needless and wasteful costs. The people in this country need to realize that OUR government whether local, state, or national has no money to spend. All they have is OUR money and they waste it regularly! Would any private organization keep employees that throw away the company's money?
