as the arresting officer did not witness the alleged violation RE:sex,, that charge should be dismissed,,, as for following another vehicle and instigating a confrontation with the operator & passenger,, not too bright !!! they could have been shot & killed, & all because some guy was getting a hummer in his hummer ??? folks,, if you are not law enforcement, then avoid instigating other drivers... if you are so offended,, then call police & report it,,, as for getting pictures,, well she could claim she dropped something & was reaching for it !!! self appointed do gooders,,, stupid foolish people is more like it,, shame they weren't shot for butting in others business
