HILLIARD, Fla. -- An entire community is on edge after a suspected serial arsonist set several cars on fire at the Eastwood Oaks Apartment complex.

According to neighbors, at least eight cars were damaged by the flames.

Tina Hallman's Toyota Camry was one of those eight vehicles. Her car was parked next to the vehicle the suspected arsonist set on fire.

"Me and my husband just got this car in August. We did pay cash and we don't have the money to replace the car, who does?" said Tina Hallman, victim.

According to Hallman, the first round of fires began late Wednesday night into Thursday morning when three cars were torched in another parking lot.

The second round started early Sunday morning when another five vehicles went up in flames.

"They're affecting a lot of families," said Hallman.

William Dishman's Comcast truck was a total loss, he says the crime is disturbing and now everyone worries about what the culprit will do next.

"Everybody is on edge. It's like who doesn't work this day so they can stay up and watch," said William Dishman, victim.
