I can just see it now! A couple years down the road when the jags are still losers and Kahn takes them west, the gator bowl and the fla/ga game will have a monster screen that is just sitting there with nothing to do the rest of the year!

By cutting more police, firemen , teachers, and taxing us more. Screwing the average tax payer out of things that are needed everyday. I believe in upgrades when necessary, a new scoreboard is not necessary, its a want, not a need, elderly people need things everyday for survival. This city waste so much unnecessary funds, two browns in office make for a good dump in the toilet!

"Spokespman David DeCamp told Action News the City plans on paying for their $43 million part of the improvement with money they say couldn't be used anywhere else; with a capital projects fund." Are you kidding me? Do you mean to tell me that the administration that is running the city of Jacksonville expects the local populace to believe that there is money in their budget that can only be spent on something as unimportant as Everbank Stadium? Give me a break! I believe we need a smarter administration...or, if we believe this, a smarter populace.
