Huguenot drowning victim identified

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Police have identified a man found dead off Little Talbot Island earlier this month.

The victim is Quinton Maurice Harris, 31, of Jacksonville.

He went under the water at Huguenot Park on June 15.  Days later, his body washed ashore on Little Talbot Island.

His mother called Harris a "caring son."
