No one wins in this event. ALL could have been avoided...I roll my windows up at the gas stations when the music is rattling them. And if they look at me, I look away and hope I don't get one of my debilitating migraine's. If these young kids knew the truth that it can give their mother's or others a severe migraine, maybe they would grow up more considerate of other's. Sometime's a migraine can make a person unable to 'move or function' without being in crushing, horrible pain. I would not wish one on ANYONE. All my Prayers that people's hearts open up this Christmas and allow Jesus to heal us all through hope and compassion for each other, if only for a short while, be kind to everyone we meet through out our journey's on this earth, as we celebrate the birth of a man who was sent to 'save us from ourselves'. I lost my Mother last year, but I still hear her word's echo, "Thank God, the earth is made up of people of all color's and idea's, it would be a sad and boring place if we ALL thought and looked alike". I miss her.

This shooting was an irresponsible act by the suspect. The girlfriend was with him and she did not call 911. If he felt threatened why did he go back to his car to get the gun? Why did he have a gun anyway when he was at a wedding earlier? If the music bothered him that bad he could have move his car away and closed his windows. The attorneys can spin this anyway they want in his defense. But if the shoe ws on the other foot what would the story be? And this stand your ground law is only another way to promote more VIOLENCE. What is the real story? Where are the tapes from the Gate store? And what music does this man's children listen too? Okay we are just going to keep letting people do whay they want. If he gets away with this, then why do we have a justice system? He felt threatened by MUSIC? What is next? I sympathize with both families. The suspect's family had a sad ending after happy event and the other family had to send their loved one home to God. Where is the Faith, Hope, Love, Peace, Joy for the sesson and our great country?
