JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- Onshore east to northeast winds will increase the next few days making for dangerous conditions at area beaches.  Tropical cyclone "Sandy" in the Caribbean will move north/northeast staying well east of Florida but helping to cause gusty winds and rough seas and surf along with a high rip current risk.  Remember to never swim or surf alone and stay near a lifeguard station.  Moisture off the Atlantic will also produce a few scattered showers, especially from I-95 to the beaches.  Click here to go to the First Alert Hurricane Center.
