Isaac downgraded to Tropical Depression

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Isaac has been downgraded to a Tropical Depression.  Thursday afternoon, the storm's maximum sustained winds decreased to nearly 35 mph.  They are expected to weaken.

Right now, the center of the storm is 35 miles west-northwest of Monroe, Louisiana and is moving north-northwest near 12 mph.
