JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- JEA is warning customers about a scam.

Scammers are using JEA as a front to get your money. They are calling customers pretending to help you avoid having your service turned off. The scammers tell you to buy a money pack from CVS or Radio Shack, then they ask for the pin. JEA doesn't accept either form of payment.

If you have any questions, contact JEA at (904) 665-6250.
