JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The man police accused of causing a scare at Jacksonville International Airport was indicted on federal charges.

Zeljko Causevic, 39, is accused of conveying false or misleading information. On Oct 1, investigators say Causevic came into JIA claiming he had an explosive device. After several hours, the device was determined to be a phone and a battery pack.

Causevic faces five years in prison if convicted.
