JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Police say there is nothing to a report of a possible abduction at Ribault Middle School, and police are not searching for any potential suspects.

According to investigators, this call was created as a hoax by a middle school student who cut school and did not want her parents to know. Police later determined this was not a true abduction.

Police issued an alert just after 1:30 p.m. about a possible abduction, and two subjects in a brown Cadillac.  Police brought in a helicopter to help search.

An hour later, police said no one's been abducted.
