Funny most the place the cops go in fast and come out of fast are not located in the 103rd area. So why are they playing it up like they are brave? How many shootings lately on the northside without any arrests? Strange this the best they can do.

I think someone has their wires crossed, a 1st Degree Felony is Higher than a 2nd Degree Felony and has a higher penalty when tried and convicted.

a certified gang member ??? so now they hand out certificates upon becoming a member ??? what an original name for a gang, "the 103rd street gang" !!! they should call themselves the "drips",, or "MF69", FOR mudda fugger fugg you... but alas i suppose that would be too taxing on their limited brain power, & looking up at a screet sign is so much easier to remember,, providing they don't stray down a side road !!!we should ask the crips & bloods to come east & clean up jacksonville's gangs ???as for the mother who suddenly won't let her child out,,, where ya been dahling,, it's been unsafe before this breaking news & that never stopped ya from letting taneka play outdoors ??? this news probably interrupted her daily episode of "MONTEL",, otherwise she wouldn't have a clue !!!
