JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office has declared suspicious package found on Gate Parkway at the Deutsche Bank safe. JSO says a security guard noticed a briefcase under a bench in the bank's complex around 11:30 a.m. Tuesday and called police.

JSO evacuated some people from one building for a short time as a precaution. Employees in area buildings were asked to keep away from glass windows.

JSO used X-ray machines to see what is inside the bag. Right now, they do not believe the contents are of concern but are waiting until the full investigation is complete to make the final call.

The Sheriff's Office says although there have have been several calls about suspicious packages recently that have turned out to be nothing, they will continue to investigate each call in efforts to keep the public safe.

Since it is near the Deutsche Bank maybe it is a Deutsche bag.
