This state has juries that believe police officers. Even when a teen is in boot camp to be straightened out and get killed by ex cops beating him to death they would not convict. You got police officers shooting people at the wrong address when they answer the door late night early morning in high crime neighboorhood with a gun in hand. Then the police get off for killing a man in his own home because they had the wrong address and didn't ID themselves or get a warrant. People expect fair hope they get fairness like the idiot that walks into a cyber cafe and kill somone because he drops gun and walks off scott free with no investigation.If the evidences was destroyed then he should go free but he should move away if he values his freedom and life. Look at the guy few years back they caught beend dumped onto the floor from his wheelchair as example. If you like other examples how about police officers leaving a police dog in hot car few years back no charges, the dog died. A poor woman does the same thing her dog was revived she goes to jail. Justice is not blind and fair anymore.

there's alot of this "innocent folks in jail for months" going around. My brother-in-law has been jailed since Dec 17th. When charges were dropped in Jax, our lovely state's attny. called another Fl. county to have him charged with the same thing there, so now he's still in jail on bogus charges and in another county so no family is able to visit. Grrrr, is there any justice in our system?
