JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Jaguars player who caught one of the most famous game-winning touchdown passes in team history is now with the Detroit Lions.

Action News has confirmed the Jaguars traded wide receiver Mike Thomas to the Detroit Lions, who will be at EverBank Field this Sunday.

Thomas caught the "Hail Mary" from quarterback David Garrard to lift the Jaguars past the Texans in 2010.

Thomas heads to Detroit in exchange for an undisclosed draft pick.
