The City of Jacksonville and other cooperation are so inconsiderate by not having a setup at the Apartment site where residence could receive their pass to enter their apartments. If someone had died with their medication, guess who is responsible. Somehow we must learn to become excellent customer service representative. No matter how bad this place is, it was home for many. I felt so bad for them, and there are limited resources at all levels, so one small favor of doing above the call of duty is "priceless"

I was a resident here and living conditions was so bad. The crime wasnt even a factor but living conditions is bad. Now people that have paid their rent and cannot get any monies back have to scramble just as I did tonight to try and get somewhere to stay. It isnt our fault that this happened and I hope those slumlords get a fat dose of buttkicking soon

So HOW are these 'slum lords' getting away with this? Slap them with a HUGE FINE and make them pay these people for all monies they have lost AND monies to help them find a decent place...or put these slum thieves in jail...with lots of roaches and the TB that's already in there...see how THEY like it.
