JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A Jacksonville man was indicted on child porn charges.
William Douglas Smith, III was arrested today and indicted on five counts of receiving child pornography and one count of transportation of child pornography.
If convicted on each count, he faces a mandatory minimum of not less than five years, up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
