Jacksonville man pleads guilty to receiving child pornography
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A man who told authorites he was worried about possibly wanting to touch a child has been found guilty for receiving child pornography.
A Federal Court handed down the verdict Thursday to 61-year-old John Carver Lester.
An FBI investigation in 2012 found computers used by Lester contained a total of 261 videos and 844 images depicting child pornography.
Lester now faces a mandatory minimum of 5 years, and up to 20 years in federal prison.
Sentencing has not been scheduled by a judge.
