JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A Jacksonville man will spend 30 years in prison, convicted of abusing a 16-year-old girl.

50-year-old was Vernon Laughter has been sentenced to 30 years in prison after being convicted on two counts of Sexual Battery. He was arrested for the crime in September 2010.

Laughter was on Federal Parole for three counts of Armed Bank Robbery during the time of the sex crimes.

Well the slimebucket isn't 'laughing' now is he? 30 years is not enough, he will do it again if he still alive when he gets his 'early release;.
