JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Rolland Allotey, 39, was sentenced to 15 years in prison after pleading guilty to 30 counts of fraud. The charges included multiple counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, defrauding a financial institution, and criminal use of personal identification.

During 2011, Allotey stole the identities of several victims throughout the United States. He then used the victims' personal information to open up bank accounts and credit cards in the victims' names.

To use the fraudulent credit cards and deposit checks into the bank accounts, Allotey created fake driver's licenses that contained his picture with the victim's name listed on the license.
