Jacksonville school bus fight caught on camera

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A student is facing battery charges after a mother claims a teenager struck her daughter in the head.

According to a police report, the incident happened April 3.

According to the parents, both teens attended Eugene Butler Middle School. 

First Student Bus Company acknowledges that an incident happened on a bus but did not give any details to Action News.

The Duval County school district has not given a comment on the incident.

Where I was raised, 'fights' are NOT normal...and I actually can't think of any place where fights are considered normal out side of a sporting event such as boxing, MMA's, wrestling,etc. Fighting is against the law and should never be deemed normal.

When this happens they need to immediately stop the bus & call 911. Have the instigator(s) locked up and get their parent(s) involved. If it continues file civil suit against the child & family. Fights are "normal" but the acceptance of this behavior is not.
