It's a reality. There's a small segment of teens in foster care who are either pregnant or young mothers. And many still want to be adopted. Angie has been featured in the past here on Jacksonville's Children. She was with her baby sister at the time, who's since been adopted. This time Angie is asking that she be adopted, but with the baby she's having.
Angie admits she's made some mistakes. She wasn't willing to forgive her biological parents for her painful past and she felt lost in the foster care system. She found herself looking for love in the wrong places. By the time she found figured out she was being used, she was pregnant.
This 14-year-old is hoping for a family willing to take in a daughter and a grandson. Yes, Angie is having a boy! She wants parents who will help guide her as a teen and young mother.
