Jacksonville's historic Bostwick Building saved
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A Jacksonville landmark has been saved.
The historic Bostwick building in downtown Jacksonville will not be torn down, at least for now.
According to our news partners at the Jacksonville Business Journal, the city council's land use and zoning committee voted to deny a demolition permit.
The committee also voted unanimously to give the landmark a historic status.
