GM Caldwell's decision to pass on Tebow assures that the tarps will stay in place--at least, for now. I'd be amazed if the Jags are better than .500 next season--regardless.

I wish the new Gm and the Jaguars luck, but Mr. Kahn needs to realiaze it ain't going to happen in one season maybe even two or three. It took Jimmy Johnson 3+ years to turn the Cowboys around back in 1989. 1-15 in their first season and 7-9, 11-5 and finally 13-3 and the SuperBowl. If it weren't for Jerry Jones pride they should have won 4 or 5 in a row. Be patient

Best news ever! We were all expecting some evasive GM speak and Dave Caldwell comes in with style and just drops the bomb! "Even is he is released?" "Even is he is released." Make no mistake. This is Caldwell's team now. Khan is giving him full power and even the new head coach will report directly to Caldwell. This is good news. The owner should do two things regarding his football team. hire a good GM, and sign paychecks. A good day to be a Jaguar. We Are!
