JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Jaguars have just announced a plan to pay for the $60 million improvement project at EverBank Field.

The Jaguars will give $20 million. The city will give $43 million through "existing revenue sources" and not the general fund.

The money will go toward the improvements such as state-of-the-art scoreboards and the new platform in the north end zone that will feature a pool.

The plan must be approved by city council.

Funny how there are always "other revenue sources" when it's something the "fat cats" want (and I don't mean the Jaguars)
