JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Oh, what a difference a season can make!

In the last year, the Jaguars have gotten a new owner, a new head coach and a new energy that can't be denied.

"We went out to the practice yesterday and Khan came on the field and everybody is excited. We're "All In" man," fan Kyle Stewart said.

This season, fans will be at the forefront. Owner Shad Khan has already shelled out millions for an upgraded locker room, now he wants Big Cat faithfuls to be rewarded too. Plans are underway for a new sound system, eventual improvements to the scoreboards, and the newest surprise, permitting outside food to be brought into the stadium.

Fans we spoke with say it's a step in the right direction. "Some of us like to eat healthy, so I'm excited. It's a good move," Layne Butler said.

"I think in order to get the fans back and keep our team here those changes are necessary, and I think it's awesome. I'm excited," Shelley Blevins said.

Bettering the game day experience is good for a number of reasons. Not only will it help set the organization apart in the league but it should rope in ticket sales.

Just like last year the goal is eliminate the chance for any blackouts, and pack out EverBank each and every game.

"The people in Jacksonville have a tendency to wait until the last minute. We're at the last minute, so come on," Macky Weaver, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, said with a smile.

"With just a week until the first pre-season game the push is on to be "All In." Blevins says she is and believes others will be too. "I think the fans will come back," she said with a grin.

There's a form on the Jags website where you can provide fan feedback. If you send a question or concern about your experience a rep will contact you within two business days. Access it here: http://www.jaguars.com/gameday/my-experience/feedback.html
