Jaguars lose for first time in a month
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Jaguars lost 27-20 to the Buffalo Bills at EverBank Field Sunday afternoon.
Chad Henne threw an interception from the five yard line with less than four minutes to play to seal the game for the Bills. It was Henne's second interception of the game.
Jaguars running back Jordan Todman accounted for 153 total yards, 109 of them on the ground.
Ace Sanders caught his first career touchdown pass and Marcedes Lewis added a score as well. It was Lewis's third straight game with a touchdown catch.
The Jaguars missed an opportunity to score on the Henne interception and also in the third quarter when Denard Robinson fumbled on the one yard line.
The team played without a long list of key starters. Cecil Shorts, Maurice Jones-Drew and safety Johnathan Cyprien all sat out the game along with guard Will Rackley.
Former Jaguars quarterback Mark Brunell was inducted into the Pride of the Jaguars.
