JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- John Chick, a defensive lineman for the Jaguars, donated two 2013 Super Bowl tickets to the North Florida chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

The tickets will be used to raise money for type 1 diabetes research. The cause is very close to Chick's heart. At age 14, Chick was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes.

You can win the tickets to the Feb. 3 event at the New Orleans Superdome. The first 50 people who donate $200 or more to JDRF will be entered to win the tickets, which are located in Section 622, Row 13.

The sweepstakes is open now until 4 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 29.  A winner will be selected at random.
